Message from Andrew Cutright
If I were asked to give a brief description of our work, I would say that we specialize in complex areas of property law and oil and gas issues. With over 30 years of combined experience with my father, we strive to meet individual client needs, ranging from simple contracts to mineral rights. Our firm has two attorneys and two paralegals on staff. Our small team allows us to build direct relationships with our clients. If you call the office, you are speaking directly to us, which allows us to gain a better understanding of our clients’ needs.
Between our oil and gas specialties along with basic transactional needs, we navigate our clients through their issues directly. While we specialize in oil and gas law, we are experienced in a wide variety in general areas of practice. Whatever the issue is, we will push to assist our clients in making full and informed decisions. We are an entrepreneurial group with an unmatched knowledge of the oil and gas industry in the state of West Virginia.

Meet the Partners
Roger Cutright
Mr. Cutright has been practicing law since 1997. He is a graduate of the Management and Accounting program from West Virginia University. In 1996, Mr. Cutright graduated from the West Virginia University School of Law. While he primarily focuses his practice on oil and gas issues, Mr. Cutright is also well experienced in complex property issues and contract law.
Before Mr. Cutright began in the legal world, he managed several mine safety operations throughout Appalachia. With over 40 years of experience in the mineral industry and 25 years in oil and gas, Mr. Cutright is your premier attorney for these issues. During his time in the private sector, Mr. Cutright has overseen acquisitions for over 4,000 leases, minerals titles, well work permitting for over 150 Marcellus Shale and Utica-Point Pleasant horizontal wells, production unit designations for over 30 voluntary production units, and division order calculations for over 2,000 royalty owners. Whether you are a landowner or private company, Mr. Cutright will exhaust all possibilities to maximize the best outcome of your legal matter.

Andrew has been practicing law for over ten years. He is a graduate of Dickinson College as well as West Virginia University School of Law. While he primarily focuses his practice on oil and gas issues, Mr. Cutright is also well experienced in complex property issues and contract law.
